About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who is passionate about turning insights into impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into clear, actionable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Participate in client meetings, product demos, and sprint planning sessions.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to recommend optimized solutions.
- Support testing and quality assurance processes by validating deliverables against requirements.
- Continuously monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or areas for improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience in software development environments or IT services.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Product Owner.
